Mindful me is a group program tailored to help children and adolescents learn about emotions and effective coping strategies to tolerate distress.  this mindfully based eclectic program utilizes key strategies from both a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) perspective.
