Modified DBT Skills Group – Teens & Families

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT skills group is conducted as a class.  Teens and parents will have the opportunity to work through modules and learn positive coping strategies in the following areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Walking the Middle Path, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

Each six-week cycle covers Mindfulness plus one of the remaining four modules.

Starts September 29, Thursday 6:30 – 8:15pm

Mindfulness + Emotion Regulation
