Pamela is a counsellor who has a Masters of Education with a specialization in Counselling Psychology at University of Manitoba. She has also taken the Manitoba Indigenous Cultural Safety Training program delivered by the Provincial Health Services Authority of British Columbia.
She has experience working with Indigenous and immigrant populations as well as other visible minorities. She enjoys running mindfulness meditation activities in either individual sessions and/or group settings while supporting clients to find their own voice.
Pamela believes in self-healing and the powerful connection between our mind, body and spirit when taking care of our health. She is originally from Peru.
