Profile Information
My approach is person-centred, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I draw from attachment-focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and insight-oriented therapy to create a treatment approach that is tailored to you to create real and meaningful changes in your life.
Together, we explore the experiences and patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, while developing practical tools to support greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. I believe that when we better understand our suffering, we create space to suffer less and live more fully.
Therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and free to be yourself without judgment. Whether you’re working through something from the past or trying to make sense of where you are now, we can slow things down, make space for what you’re experiencing, and work toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and well worth living.
