Profile Information
You don’t have to carry the weight of emotional suffering on your own. I offer a
compassionate and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been going on for you, develop a deeper understanding
of your experiences, and work towards meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in compassion. I believe
therapy should be a space where you can be your authentic self, feel supported, and
move at a pace that feels right for you. I also offer encouragement and accountability
to support you in building coping skills and working towards your goals.
I support adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and other challenges that can
leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal is to help you feel more connected to
yourself, better understand your experiences, and develop tools that support you
throughout life.
Types of Therapy
My practice is informed by evidence-based approaches, including CompassionFocused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I draw from these approaches to provide individualized support based on each person’s needs, goals, and experiences.
