Antoinette is a registered psychiatric nurse.
After earning her first degree at the University of Manitoba with a major in psychology. Her ongoing passion for mental health led her to pursue her degree in psychiatric nursing.
She began her career working in the community helping individuals struggling with addictions, mental health disorders and homelessness. She then moved on to work with women in the correctional system providing medical and mental health care. She also dedicates time for helping individuals and families by providing counselling services.

Antoinette has experience working with diverse populations including teens, adults and seniors. Within these diverse populations, she has spent time helping people work through and live with a wide variety of mental health challenges. Antoinette works from a person centered and trauma informed approach. In her practice, Antoinette works collaboratively with her clients to provide support and find solutions that work best for them. She has an appreciation for the dynamic nature of mental health and works to improve and maintain a favourable quality of life.
