Profile Information

Are you struggling with understanding who you are? Are you having a hard time accepting what happened to you? I work with people just like you to empower, understand and nourish their rare and original intricacies. I work alongside clients as a therapeutic, artistic collaborator to create a safe landing to be witnessed, to be seen, and to be imperfect. I believe that healing is nonlinear and that everyone is entitled to process and cope with their lives uniquely; there is no one right way. Every part of you is welcome here.

I am honoured to have the opportunity to walk alongside you as you process life’s difficulties. It’s okay for you not to know what’s next. It’s okay for things to be difficult. I believe that no individual deserves to or must process emotional pain alone.

I offer a non-judgemental, space for adult clients to show up authentically with whatever goal or issue they may have. Art and Expressive Arts Therapy offers a supportive mirror for you to relentlessly accept and hold you wherever you are in your journey. Even if you don’t consider yourself an artist, this modality sees you as a creator.

Sydney is currently taking clients both virtually, and in person.
