Youth Addictions Program: Courageous Connections Youth Night

Program description:

The youth addictions program is an attachment-based program designed to address the risk factors that contribute to youth substance misuse.

Length: 10 weeks

Fee: $500

Objective:

– Connect youth with healthy relationships

– Provide youth with coping skills to address maladaptive behaviour

– Provide a supportive and accepting environment where youth can engage in change

– Connect youth with healthy activities in the community

– Assist youth to discover their strengths

– Connect youth with Indigenous Knowledge to support their healing journey

This includes:

– 2-hour weekly group session

– Psychoeducational programming on addictions

– Emotional Regulation skills

– Coping Skills

– Peer support to address substance use concerns
