Recipes Specific to your Needs


I was told my news letters were a little too long : )  I agreed with this!  When I get a newsletter it is easy to loose interest if they are too lengthy.  I am happy to receive any suggestions and/or topics you would like to read about.


This month I wanted to share my new favourite website!


It is a recipe website.  You can add in ingredients you have on hand or specific allergies and ingredients to avoid.  You can also adjust scales for spicy, salty, specific seasons etc. It makes cooking with food intolerances very easy.
